first time at church and six week shots

We decided that at five weeks old, Brighton was big enough to go to church! Here she is on that day,
all dressed up and ready to go.

This was her second Sunday, ready for church. Can you tell I just LOVE the frills!?!
She does not look too happy about having to be really quiet for three hours! Ha!

Here is Dr. Beatty and Brighton at her six week check-up and shot appointment.
She screamed really loud but only for a second. She was much more brave than her mommy!
John had to help the doctor while I cried in the corner. :(

Love, love, love this girl.

Amanda and Oliver come to visit!

My wonderful friend from Arizona and her son came to visit us last weekend.
We have known them for about 5 years now and we just love them.
Brandon and Oliver had the best time together. Amanda bought them matching PJ's. So cute!

Oliver introduced Brandon to his new obsession...a computer game called Animal Jam.
They played for hours which gave us girls time to talk and catch up. :)

We took the boys out for some Halloween fun. They had a blast on the big jumpers!

I love Brandon's arm around his buddy.

Of course we went to the San Francisco Creamery. Yum!

That sundae is bigger that she is! :)

It was so much fun to have our friends here!!

fun family times...

We took Brighty on a walk around our block. John carried her in the front pack for the first time. :)

Here are my sleepy kiddos. The age difference sometimes just makes me laugh.
He is SO BIG and she is SO SMALL. ;)

This dog...man does she love the baby.

1 month!

Brighton is one month old now and weighs 8lbs. 12oz.
Good news is - she is growing and is super strong.
Bad news is - she may be allergic to dairy. Bummer for me.
Turns out, dairy is in almost EVERYTHING!

Our Dell Osso Farm Trip

We had a blast at the Dell Osso Family Farm!

This year we had a new little pumpkin with us! She had a great time...barely made a peep the entire trip!

He is almost 5 feet tall! Are you kidding me?!

So many fun activities to do. Brandon got to mine for gems...

bounce on a giant "pillow"...

shoot mini pumpkins out of a cannon with dad...

pet cute farm animals...

 ride a zip line...

and pick out a pumpkin!

Yay for October!
