Pumpkin Patch!

We went to a new pumpkin patch this year. Our first two years together as a family we were able to go to Del Osso Farms up in Northern California. It was such a great place!! We miss it. This new pumpkin patch was really fun. It had lots to do. We went on a beautiful day...not too hot or too cold. Perfect!

3 minutes for FOUR dollars!!! What???? Oh well, at least she had the best three minutes ever!

New VP!

I have to say that I was quite surprised when Brandon came home from school one day recently and said he wanted to run for Vice President of his school. Of course i was very excited and on board! We wrote up his speech, came up with a couple fun posters, and he was ready! 

John, I and the girls were there to hear him give his speech at school, in front of a large audience. He did GREAT!! I could hardly believe it...no fumbles or anything. (I never could have done something like this at his age...or even now, ha!!) 

Brandon is now one of two VP's at Sumner school! We are so proud of him. :)

Our Spooky Dinner!!

Last year we had such fun time making and eating a "spooky dinner" that we decided to make it a tradition. Nana and Papa John were with us last time for this event, and we were lucky enough to have them again this year!

conference weekend at the beach

It was a warm and beautiful conference weekend. My boys spent time playing football on the sand in between Saturday sessions. Love Brighty girl gettin' in the game. :)

I love keeping our old traditions and starting new ones as well. Carmel apples are a new October conference weekend tradition! YUM!

I just had to post more pictures of my little four month old. I LOVE when my girls can match and so I had to take some pictures of them together in their dresses. Poor Brooky got a swift hit on the head during this "photo shoot" and was not happy about it. This series of pics tells the whole story.

Four Months Old means rice cereal!!! She really liked it...yay!!!
