Drawing, Swimming and Soccer

Brighty has a new hobby..."drawing!" She loves getting a paper and pencil and carrying it all over the house, setting it down to scribble something then moving on. It is so funny!

We are loving having a pool in our complex. It has been super fun for my little fishes! 

The Fiery Dragons are doing great so far! Brandon has a wonderful coach and nice kids on his team. 

Birthdays and St. Patty's Day!

Mom and Julie both turned one year older on St. Patty's weekend. It was so fun celebrating with Nana on her special day! Wish we could have spent another weekend with Julie too!

We were excited to see cousins Lily and London preform their Irish dances! They did awesome!!

Brighty wants to be a dancer just like her cousins.

Our leprechaun left some fun green treats on St. Patrick's Day morning.

I can hardly believe that this sweet girl is 18 months old. She is such a blessing to our family. Some of Brighty's favorite things are:

food- noodles

toy- her babies

show- Dora and Yo Gabba Gabba

thing to do- make big messes

places to go- the park and Nana's house

She can repeat almost anything now and she knows what some of the letter sounds are. Brandon LOVES teaching her. ;) I think that it is one of the best parts of having kids far apart in age...he is her favorite teacher.

Brighty is still not the best eater or sleeper but she is the most active little bug ever!! We love her tons and can't imagine our lives without her!

Happy 18 Months!

18 months, a half Ironman and a mission call!

 It was a BIG weekend all around for our family. Brighton turned 18 months, Aunt Julie completed a half Ironman (and came in third in her division!!!) and Becca got her MISSION CALL! Wow! What an awesome few days. 

 

Way to go Julie!! You are amazing!

Brandon is going to be just like Aunt Julie one day...

We are SO proud of Becca! She was called to serve in the Manchester, New Hampshire mission. She leaves late next month. Yeah Becca!!!! 

Disneyland

We were so lucky to be able to go to Disneyland with the Shipley's again! Such a fun day!

A happy 35th to me and some random pictures

Oh yeah, I'm the big 35 now. :) Despite being depressed about how old I am getting, it really was the BEST two weeks!! (We celebrated for a long time!!)

Six Months

This was a couple of weeks ago. I am feeling lots and lots of kicking from our little Brooklyn! She is going to be just like sister. Yikes!! :)
